A Concept Plan – For the whole family

We started with this concept to satisfy our clients wants and needs. The family has two young children that need a place to run and play with toys. The clients were undecided on having a pool because of spatial issues. Landscape Logic offered them everything they wanted plus more.

The design encompassed a full entertainment area, including an outdoor kitchen, a custom upright fireplace, and a freestanding overhead wood trellis. This area would allow them to entertain friends and family, as well as, allow the kids to play with their toys.

Master Plan – New Construction

Landscape Logic is working in a new development in Chula Vista. The house was recently completed and in desperate need of a new custom landscape. The owner and his wife were looking for something fun, yet completely functional for entertaining family and friends. We exceeded their expectations by including everything they wanted, even with conservative budget constraints.

The plan offers a fully functional outdoor kitchen and bar with bar-stool seating. The bar will be covered by a custom designed wood patio cover for sufficient shade. Adjacent to the bar is a stucco fireplace with stone enhancements. The lagoon style pool will include a raised spa and waterslide for the kids.
